Mountains are always source of inspiration for all us.Actually these are the gifts for all human being by Mother Nature.These are the source of inspiration and always gives us message the whatever condition we are facing we have to stand tall against all odds and have to face the situation with positive attitude.
The place kausani situated in Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand-"The land of Gods" at height of 1890 meters known for its mind blowing 300 KM scenic view of himalayan range where the view covers -Nanda Devi Peaks,Panchachuli Range,Trishul Parvat and many more.Actually this place always imprints its mesmerizing image on mind of many tourists.
In Year 1929,The Great Leader -Mahatma Gandhi stayed here for 14 days at -"Anasakti Ashram" and also scripted the book -"Anasakti Yoga".Later this ashram also known as "Gandhi Ashram".There is a prayer room in ashram where prayers takes place daily in morning and evening.During prayer each individual can connect with his soul.It gives you a mental treat.

How to Reach:
By Flight
The closest airport terminal is Pant Nagar, (178 kms). One can procure a taxi from Pant Nagar to reach Kausani
Via Train
The closest railroad station is Kathgodam (141 kms), from that point one begins the move to Kausani by means of Almora. A similarly excellent course is through Ranikhet (163 kms).
By Road
Kausani is connected to a few other slope stations by street. A portion of the significant street separations are: Almora-51 kms, Rainkhet-60 kms, Pithoragarh-107 kms, Gwaldam-39 kms and Nainital-117 km. From Delhi it is 431 kms away.
